Shipping policy
Order Processing & Shipping Times
- CDs & Vinyl Albums: Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on weekdays. Orders placed on Fridays or weekends will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
- Apparel: As print-on-demand items, apparel orders ship within 5 days from the order placement.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer shipping through USPS, FedEx, and UPS with carrier-calculated rates displayed at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for damaged or incorrect items only. If you receive a defective or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund. Returns are not available for digital products.
Digital Goods
All digital products will be available for direct download from a provided link after the transaction is completed. Digital goods are for personal use only and may not be resold or repackaged.

- Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
- Tracking information will be provided for all physical orders.

Pre-Order Policy
What Are Pre-Orders?
Pre-orders are available for CDs, vinyl, and exclusive offers. When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an item before its official release or shipment date.
Shipping Schedule
- Each pre-order item has a designated shipping date, which is stated in the product description.
- Orders that include both pre-order and in-stock items will have the in-stock items shipped according to our standard fulfillment schedule. Pre-order items will ship separately after their designated release date.
Payment
- Payment for pre-orders is collected at the time of purchase to secure your item.
Cancellations & Modifications
- Customers may cancel or modify their pre-orders 30 days before the stated shipping date. After this period, pre-orders are final and cannot be changed.
Shipping Delays & Notifications
- While we strive to ship pre-orders on time, unexpected delays may occur.
- If there are any changes to the estimated shipping date, we will notify customers via email with updated information.
